Everything Is Coming Up Roses! Soapmaking Workshop

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, this soap features cutout hearts for your sweetheart. In this class, Ginger Stoops will teach you how to make your own cold-processed soap using an easy recipe that uses simple ingredients. These soap bars have a wonderful, clean feel and excellent lather. They are made with olive oil and coconut oil, natural micas, and clays for color. Ginger will teach you to create these adorable heart-themed soaps.

In this class, you will take home three bars of your own creation. You will make the soaps in class, and can then pick them up in a few days after they are ready to unmold. All materials and equipment are provided for making soap.

This class is for adults only due to working with lye, which can cause severe burns if not handled properly. Please wear clothing that is appropriate for messy projects and closed-toed shoes.

Age: 18+
