I looked at several recipes and did not like them\, so I created my own\, and it works! I have used this soap on pans with tough stains\, and they came off so that they looked like new. This soap is lathery but  does not lather as much as commercial soaps. We all know that lather is just for looks and is not what does the cleaning. The bottom line is that it works! \nThis soap can be bare bones with no scents or colors\, but I will have a selection of plant-based scents and natural clays to add if you like. \nIn this class\, you will take home three bars of your own dish soap. Take a break from the holiday stress and make some precious memories while creating these cute needle felt holiday cookie ornaments for your tree or gift-giving.\nGinger walks you through the basics of making these needle-felted cookie ornaments that look good enough to eat\, only you can keep these year after year. This is a great project for beginners or seasoned needle felters. There are over 20 holiday cookie cutter shapes available\, including Santa\, snowmen\, gingerbread men\, snowflakes\, and I keep adding to my collection every year. \nNeedle felting needles and extra yarn are available to take home. All other materials are provided. \nWe will have non-alcoholic punch\, but feel free to bring your own beverage of choice. You can also bring holiday cookies to share.

In this class\, Ginger Stoops will teach you how to make your own cold-processed soap using an easy recipe that uses simple ingredients.These soap bars have a wonderful\, clean feel and excellent lather. They are made with olive oil and coconut oil\, red mica for color\, and peppermint essential oil. Ginger will teach you to do wonderful swirl soaps that are perfect for the holidays. \nIn this class\, you will take home three bars of your own creation. You will make the soaps in class\, and can then pick them up in a few days after they are ready to unmold. All materials and equipment are provided for making soap. \nThis class is for adults only due to working with lye\, which can cause severe burns if not handled properly. Please wear clothing that is appropriate for messy projects and closed-toed shoes. \nAge: 18+\nClass limited to 8\, and they fill up FAST\, so be sure to preregister to hold your spot.
